Blend of varieties, Natural, ethyl-acetate decaffeinated

This coffee is produced in two cooperatives of coffee growers grouping together more than 240 families in the community of Nasa Wesx, in the Planadas and Gaitania terroirs. Every farmer owns about 2 or 4 hectares. These terroirs are protected lands for these native peoples, where we can count more than 6000 trees per hectare. The coffee has been decaffeinated at the Decaf factory in Manizales, using the sugar cane decaf process, that uses the ethyl acetate from the sugar cane fermentation.
With the natural process, this coffee is a little bit more funky and fruity than your regular decaf. Great option as espresso or filter.
