The Caballero farm, owned by Marysabel Caballero and her husband Moises Herrera is situated northwest of the Reserve Biologica Guajiquiro.
Marysabel and Moises are very focused on sustainable practices in farming and processing. They have been extremely successful in producing good quality coffee, and have improved the reputation of Honduran coffee.
To develop biodiversity at the farms, they also grow oranges, avocados flowers and bananas, which ensure good growing conditions for the coffee trees, and also serve as food fro the pickers.
This coffee expresses matcha tea, pineapple, tangerine and milk chocolate flavours.
